Positive Occupational Awareness

Today, employers and clients expect employees to be engaged and passionate about their work, the way they do their work, and even the way they identify themselves with their work. The greatest asset for an outstanding performance, leadership, and well-being, perhaps, is the awareness of our internal and environmental resources, and our ability to manage them in the desired, goal-directed way.

This program proposes to bring awareness on the various aspects that determine performance, motivation and well-being. This may lead to a new path of personal and professional development, towards creating a “wholeness” perception in employees.

At the end of this program participants will be more aware of the followings:

• some of the major elements (factors) that positively affect his/her work performance –i.e. personalized factors of performance;
• the elements that make him/her happy and flourishing in work and non-work life –i.e. personalized elements contributing to well-being;
• a positive balance between work and non-work life –i.e. happy individual;
• the level of engagement and commitment to own work –i.e. happy employee;
• the level of work performance, and ways to excel –i.e. high performance;
• clear vision of own career –i.e. meaningful and successful career;
• overall improvement of well-being of working teams –i.e. positive community
